CMC Consulting Group Acquired By Management Team In MBO

CMC Consulting Group, a leading international healthcare strategy and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory firm, has been acquired by three of the leading directors of the Group (Benjamin Chambon, Ernst Elhorst and Gabriele Brambilla). The management team acquired 100% of the business from the founders Dr. Claus and Dr. Gerhard Michelfelder through a Netherlands-based holding company. The firm will sharpen its focus on international strategy and cross border M&A advisory for its pharma and medtech clients.
