Cobb County, Georgia Partners With Vera Whole Health For Employee Primary Care Services

Vera Whole Health announced a partnership with Cobb County, Georgia to operate the county’s onsite CobbHealth Wellness Clinic for employees. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed. The clinic has reopened under Vera’s management, and county employees may also access services through Vera care centers in the Atlanta metropolitan area.

According to the organizations, services available through the partnership include primary care, behavioral health support, health coaching, and care management services. Vera uses a team-based care model that includes primary care clinicians, behavioral health professionals, health coaches, and care managers.
