Coleman Professional Services Acquires Turning Point

Coleman Professional Services recently purchased the assets of Turning Point Counseling Services in Youngstown.  The purchase was effective on January 2, 2018. Turning Point’s Board of Directors issued a statewide Request for Proposal for the management and future of the agency earlier this year. Coleman’s proposal was selected from the eleven agencies that applied. Coleman has been providing management services for Turning Point since early summer and has completed the necessary due diligence since then.
