Colorado Department Of Health Care Policy & Financing To Update Brand

The Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing (HCPF) introduced a new brand for the Medicaid program. Goals of the rebranding include overcoming negative perception about public health insurance, recruiting new providers and retaining existing providers, and informing the public about the cost-savings and health improvement results the program has achieved across the state. The program, Health First Colorado, will provide health care to over one million residents of Colorado. The program will be rolled out in May 2016.
