Community Health Systems Announces Definitive Agreement To Sell Four Arkansas Hospitals To Freeman Health System

Community Health Systems, Inc. announced that a subsidiary of the company signed a definitive agreement to sell substantially all of the assets of four hospitals in Arkansas to Freeman Health System. The deal is valued at $112 million.

The transaction includes the following facilities and associated outpatient centers and practices:

128-bed Northwest Medical Center-Bentonville in Bentonville

222-bed Northwest Medical Center-Springdale in Springdale

64-bed Northwest Medical Center-Willow Creek Women’s Hospital in Johnson

73-bed Siloam Springs Regional Hospital in Siloam Springs
