Community Healthlink In Massachusetts Prepares Program Transitions Ahead Of Closure

Community Healthlink (CHL), a behavioral health organization affiliated with UMass Memorial Health, is preparing to wind down operations, with many programs expected to transition to other provider organizations, according to an internal memo sent to staff on April 16, 2026. UMass Memorial Health attributed the closure to workforce shortages and declining service demand.
