Comprehensive Behavioral Health & Psych Associates Of Maryland Form Bloom Health Centers

Psych Associates of Maryland (PAM) and Comprehensive Behavioral Health (CBH) have merged to form Bloom Health Centers (Bloom). Bloom provides multidisciplinary mental health treatment in the Mid-Atlantic region. Bloom is led by PAM President Lorraine Riche, as president, and by CBH founder Neel Nene, M.D., as chief medical officer. Financial terms of the merger were not disclosed.
