Constellations Behavioral Services is being sold to its 150 employees, and will restructure as an employee stock ownership plan (ESOP). Financial terms were not publicly disclosed. The company provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) services at three locations: Nashua and Portsmouth, New Hampshire and in Danvers, Massachusetts.

The company was founded in 2009 by Kim and Tim Heald. It operates early intensive learning centers that provide ABA. It works with schools and parents of children with autism and other developmental delays.
