CorroHealth Finalizes Acquisition Of Navient’s Health Revenue Cycle Management Business  

Revenue cycle management (RCM) and technology provider CorroHealth has completed its acquisition of Navient’s;Xtend healthcare revenue cycle management business. CorroHealth said the move offers scale of its existing RCM offering and new consumer engagement capabilities. ;

CorroHealth said the new service it acquired will allow multichannel communications, an important;element that was not previously in the CorroHealth suite of services. The company said the move positions it as a strong end-to-end RCM solution. As part of the acquisition, 925 Xtend employees joined CorroHealth. ;
