Council On Aging Buys Bend’s Community Center

The Council on Aging of Central Oregon (The Council) recently announced it is acquiring Bend’s Community Center. The financial terms of the acquisition have not been disclosed.

The new site will offer five times more interior space than The Council’s current location contains, helping to accommodate service delivery, parking, and staff offices. It is anticipated that this will help The Council to meet an increasing demand in the area for support services for seniors.
