Crisis Preparation & Recovery, Inc. Closes Outpatient Division
Crisis Preparation and Recovery, Inc. (CPR), which offers behavioral health services in Arizona, has closed its outpatient counseling and psychiatric medication management service lines, effective May 23, 2025. The decision to close followed an extensive evaluation of financial and operational sustainability amid rapidly changing health care landscapes.
This closure does not affect CPR’s other behavioral health operations. The organization will continue to provide:
Hospital Rapid Response services
First Responder Support (including counseling, medication management, critical incident stress management interventions, and training)
Seriously Mentally Ill evaluations
Transitional Care Program
24/7 crisis response, stabilization services
