Crossover Health Expands Virtual Care Through Sherpaa Health Acquisition

Crossover Health (Crossover) recently announced it is acquiring telehealth organization Sherpaa Health (Sherpaa). The expansion will allow Crossover to offer more services to the employers it serves, helping them to expand digital health services for their employees.

Crossover chief strategy officer Karoline Hilu, MD commented that the addition of Sherpaa will allow Crossover to offer a consistent high-touch experience and differentiated clinical outcomes to its U.S. members at any time and anywhere. Additionally, Dr. Hilu commented that the acquisition represents the first of many opportunities to integrate digital health features into its membership-based primary health service.
