Crozer-Keystone Health System To Get New Boss

Ten days after completing their acquisition of the not-for-profit Crozer-Keystone Health System, officials at the for-profit Prospect Medical Holdings Inc. have announced the retirement of Crozer-Keystone Chief Executive Officer and President Joan Richards effective July 31. She has held those posts since 2007. Richards is due to be replaced by Patrick Gavin, who has been Crozer-Keystone’s chief operating officer and executive vice president since 2012.
