Culina Health, which provides a digital platform for clinical nutrition care, raised $7.9 million in a Series A funding round. The company connects consumers and health care professionals to nationwide network of registered dietitians who provide personalized nutrition care to support Food as Medicine interventions. It partners with major insurers and Medicare, making the Culina Health digital platform available to 70% of the U.S. population.
