Curant Health & Humana Launch Pilot Program To Address Medication Adherence & Enhance Care For Members With Complex Health Needs

Curant Health and Humana Inc. launched a pilot to help achieve better health outcomes for Humana members with chronic heart failure (CHF) and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). The pilot program services are intended to improve consumers' medication adherence and reduce adverse medication reactions.  Curant Health will provide comprehensive support for participating members with CHF and/or COPD and prescription medication needs. The goal is to decrease hospital admissions and enhance the overall member experience.
