The CVS Health Foundation launched its Health Zone in Columbus, Ohio, supported by a $2.24 million investment in Health Impact Ohio. Within the Health Zone, the goal is to improve access to health care, reduce emergency care use, and support residents with chronic and behavioral health conditions.
Health Zones connect local health care provider organizations and community organizations to help residents access primary care, nutritious food, chronic condition support, and other services through a coordinated effort.
