Dario Acquires Twill Digital Health Platform   

Digital health platform operator DarioHealth acquired Twill, which provides focused digital-led health care. Dario said the combination will enable it to create comprehensive digital offerings for chronic conditions across health and well-being needs. ;The acquisition is expected to accelerate market penetration and drive sales, according to Dario, which said the companies’ existing customer bases do not overlap significantly. ;
