DaVita HealthCare Partners To Acquire Family Health Care Of Central Florida, A Prominent Medical Group

DaVita HealthCare Partners, an independent medical group in the United States and global provider of kidney care services, announced that it entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Family Health Care of Central Florida, a primary care group serving the Orlando metro area for more than 30 years. The transaction is expected to close in the near future. Financial terms were not disclosed.
