DaVita Integrated Kidney Care Launches 11 Value-Based Care Programs Across United States

DaVita Integrated Kidney Care (DaVita IKC) launched 11 value-based care programs across the United States in partnership with nearly 1,000 nephrologists, transplant provider organizations, hospice provider organizations, and advanced care practitioners. The programs are part of the new Medicare voluntary Kidney Care Choices (KCC) model, which began on January 1, 2022, and will run for five performance years. DaVita IKC and its partners are participating in the Comprehensive Kidney Care Contracting (CKCC) option within KCC.
