Delic Corp. Abruptly Closes All Ketamine Wellness Center Locations In March 2023

Delic Corp., a subsidiary of Delic Holdings Corp., closed its 13 Ketamine Wellness Center locations in nine states in mid-March, 2023. Delic Corp. had acquired the Ketamine Wellness Center network in 2021, planning to grow the company from 10 clinics in eight states to 15 more added across the country within 18 months.

The Ketamine Wellness Centers network was founded in 2015 and, as of 2022, had locations in Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Minnesota, Nevada, Texas, Utah, and Washington.
