DeliverLean CARE Signs Agreement With Humana & CarePlus Health Plans To Provide Post-Discharge Meals To Medicare Advantage Members In Florida

DeliverLean, a company that delivers meals made with organically grown products announced it is expanding its footprint with the launch of a new program for seniors called DeliverLean CARE in partnership with Humana and CarePlus Health Plans. The launch is set for January 2020. DeliverLean CARE will deliver meals to some Humana and CarePlus Medicare Advantage members who are discharged from hospitals. The meals will be paid for by the individuals health plan, and will be provided at no additional charge.
