The Dickson Company introduced a suite of environmental monitoring services for temperature and humidity levels in pharmaceutical manufacturing, life sciences, health care, and other regulated industries. The services range from 24-hour phone support and remote system setup to on-site system validation and installation qualification/operational qualification (IQ/OQ) documentation.
The suite includes three service levels: 24/7 Care, TotalCare, and UltraCare. Services may include system configuration, remote management, documentation, training, system updates, maintenance, sensor replacement, calibration, and performance reviews.
