Donna Frescatore To Take Over As State Medicaid Director

Donna Frescatore, who currently leads NY State of Health, was recently selected to become New York State’s next Medicaid director. She will replace Jason Helgerson, who will be leaving the position in April.

The state’s Health Commissioner, Howard Zucker, remarked that he and Ms. Frescatore will likely search for a new Medicaid Director in 2019, as Ms. Frescatore will continue serving in her current positions and responsibilities.
