Dr. David E. Smith, M.D., FASAM, FAACT, Joins North Bay Recovery Center As Consulting Physician

Jeff Barboa, Psy.D. recently joined North Bay Recovery Center as a doctoral-level candidate in clinical psychology with a specialty in analytical psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. Jeff completed his 2-year doctoral-level practicum with Schnobrich Psychological Services in Nevada. While there he received training for administrating psychological testing for neurological impairment, personality disorders and other mental health issues including substance use disorders. Jeff is also a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Professional, and has been in practice for over a decade providing psychotherapy services in New Mexico, Nevada and California.
