DrFirst Acquires Myndshft Technologies 

DrFirst acquired Myndshft Technologies, which offers a platform to streamline prior authorization and related services for both medical and pharmacy benefits. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.;

DrFirst, a health care information technology company, said the acquisition will improve the consumer experience and expedite access to specialty medications. It said combining the Myndshft platform with DrFirst's platform and scale is expected to lighten the administrative load on health care providers and their staff.
