The non-profit Jack and Nancy Dwyer Workforce Development Center, Inc. (DWD) acquired a Texas-based 50-skilled-nursing-facility (SNF) portfolio managed by Regency Integrated Health Services for $590 million. Dwyer Workforce Development acquired Regency from multiple owners. The facilities serve 4,600 residents. With this transaction, the facilities will transition from a for-profit to a not-for-profit organization.
