Eastern State Hospital Names New Director

Eastern State Hospital in Virginia named Frank Gallagher its new Director. He began his position on March 30. Gallagher most recently served as the Vice President for Behavioral Health Services at Sentara Healthcare where he provided operational oversight of four behavioral health programs. He has also held leadership positions at Virginia Beach Psychiatric Center, Pines Residential Center, and Poplar Springs Hospital.
