Easterseals Crossroads Closes Indianapolis Outpatient Therapy Clinic, Affecting 300 Children
Easterseals Crossroads, a disability services organization based in central Indiana, closed its outpatient therapy clinic in Indianapolis on September 26, 2025. The closure affected approximately 300 children receiving speech, physical, and occupational therapy services. The organization cited financial unsustainability as the reason for the decision.
Clinical staff from the clinic transitioned to other provider organizations, and Easterseals Crossroads encouraged those practices to accept displaced patients where possible. Families were also provided with a list of alternative pediatric outpatient therapy providers in the area.
