Easterseals Michigan and Macomb Oakland Regional Center Inc. (MORC) are planning to merge, to become Easterseals MORC. The merger has been approved by the boards of directors for each organization. Financial terms have not been reported. Easterseals Michigan Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Brent L. Wirth, will serve as president and CEO of Easterseals MORC. MORC CEO, Dennis Bott, will stay on to support the integration of the agencies until his planned retirement at the end of 2023. Combined, the two organizations serve more than 21,000 Michigan residents annually. They have existing partnerships to enhance current services.
