Elaine Eubank Set To Start At Easter Seals Arkansas As CEO

Elaine Eubank has been hired as president and CEO of Easter Seals Arkansas in Little Rock, a position she will start Tuesday. She said the new job will allow her to build on the Easter Seals mission, offering training and rehabilitation services to children and adults.
