Elevance Health Announces $640 Million Investment In Affordable Housing Over The Past Five Years
Elevance Health, a large health insurance company, has invested more than $1 billion in affordable housing over nearly two decades, including $640 million over the past five years. Those recent investments span 15 properties across 10 states and have supported the development of 2,654 affordable housing units, including apartments, townhomes, and single-family residences. In total, the company's investments have supported more than 40,000 housing units across approximately 400 properties in 45 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and Guam.
