Lancaster General Health Launches Health Plans For Lancaster County Businesses

Lancaster General Health has launched Eliance Health Solutions: self-funded health plans offered to Lancaster County, Pennsylvania businesses: . The program was created in response to increasing pressure for employers to provide affordable health insurance options to employess by combining group health plans with wellness and occupational health programs to improve long-term employee health. Eliance members will receive lower rates from Lancaster County providers, and will remain a local resource for helping businesses navigate the health care system, even if the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act is repealed in the future.
