Endeavour Group Real Estate (EGRE) acquired and renovated a 140-bed senior living facility in Fort Worth, Texas, to create its first affordable independent living project. EGRE specializes in transforming older or distressed assets into modern, affordable residential communities. After renovations to modernize the facility, and changing the programming, it rebranded the facility as Manor Independent Living. EGRE will start accepting lease applications on April 1, 2025.
