Ensign Group To Enter Oregon & Alaska With Acquisition Of Facilities From Providence Home & Community Care

The Ensign Group, which invests in and provides senior health and living services, agreed to acquire a portfolio of eight facilities located across Alaska, Washington, Oregon, and California from Providence Home and Community Care. The facilities in Alaska and Oregon will be The Ensign Group’s first in those states, and the company anticipates expanding in the two new states. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2025. Financial terms were not disclosed.
