Epic Health Services Acquires Clarity Service Group

Epic Health Services acquired Clarity Service Group, a Pennsylvania-based provider of behavioral health and autism services. Clarity offers autism services for about 320 children throughout Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, and Virginia. The Dallas-based home health company Epic offers autism services for patients in Fort Worth, Arlington, and Haltom City. Clarity is the first company that Epic has acquired that solely focuses on autism. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
