Ethema Health Terminates Addiction Recovery Care Acquisition Deal

Ethema Health Corporation and Addiction Recovery Care LLC have mutually agreed not to move forward with the partnership previously announced on October 22, 2025, according to a recent announcement. The Letter of Intent has been terminated by both parties.
