The EX® Program from Truth Initiative®, a digital health program for tobacco cessation, partnered with mental health program Sesh. The partnership is intended to address top drivers of health care costs for employers and health plans. Sesh provides employees with unlimited access to over 400 licensed therapist-led small group sessions offered each month. The EX Program gives employees unlimited access to an online social network for peer support and real-time coaching from tobacco treatment specialists.
