Family Care Partners Expands Services With Wagener Medical Center Acquisition

Family Care Partners announced in December 2016 that it will acquire Wagener Medical Center, expanding its primary care service offerings in South Carolina. The purchase is the latest step in the company's goal of creating the largest independent primary and preventative care company in the southeast.

Family Care Partners is a private family care consolidation firm offering centralized management, proven productivity methods and resources, and risk litigation to its partnering entities.
