Family & Children’s Services Of Tulsa & Hope Community Services Of Oklahoma City Complete Merger, Form $208 Million Behavioral Health System
Family & Children's Services (FCS) of Tulsa and Hope Community Services of Oklahoma City (Hope) have completed their merger, first announced through a Letter of Intent (LOI) on January 14, 2026. Combined, FCS and Hope form a $208 million behavioral health system with nearly 1,800 employees, operating more than 70 programs across 12 locations and more than 30 co-located sites.
