Five Arkansas Health Care Organizations & CareSource Announce Plans To Form CareSource PASSE

Five leading Arkansas health care organizations and CareSource, a multi-state health plan, announced plans to form the CareSource Provider-Led Arkansas Shared Savings Entity (PASSE). The CareSource PASSE has officially filed for a license to participate in the Medicaid PASSE program. It intends to serve Medicaid beneficiaries with complex behavioral health, developmental, and intellectual disabilities.

The founding organizations include: James A.
