Florida-Based KNR Therapy Merges With Georgia-Based Autism Learning Center

Florida-based KNR Therapy, which provides applied behavior analysis (ABA), merged with The Autism Learning Center (ALC) in in Columbus, Georgia. ALC provides clinic and school-based ABA therapy services for children ages 2 to 18 years old in Georgia and Alabama. Financial terms were not disclosed.

KNR Therapy provides home, school, center and community-based ABA Therapy to children across the United State, including central Florida, Georgia, Alabama, and Massachusetts. KNR's model revolves around ongoing assessments and family participation training that drive optimal clinical outcomes. It is a portfolio company of Shields Capital.
