Former athenahealth CFO Carl Byers Joins Netsmart Board of Directors

Netsmart Technologies, Inc., a leading provider of clinical and business software solutions for health and human services organizations, today announced the appointment of Carl Byers to the company’s board of directors.
Byers is a venture partner at Fidelity Biosciences, a division of Fidelity Investments that provides venture capital and strategic guidance to private biopharmaceutical, medical technology, and healthcare IT and services companies.
