Four Kentucky Community Mental Health Centers To Merge

Four non‐profit mental health provider organizations in Kentucky are consolidating in a partnership that will form one of the largest community mental health centers (CMHCs) in the Commonwealth. The organizations are: Communicare, Inc. in Elizabethtown, Four Rivers Behavioral Health in Paducah, LifeSkills, Inc. in Bowling Green, and Pennyroyal Center in Hopkinsville. They expect to finalize the consolidation by July 1, 2023.
