Fred Finch Youth & Family Services broke ground on a Crisis Residential Treatment Program in Oakland, California, for youth with autism and complex behavioral health needs. According to the organization, the facility is being developed in partnership with Kaiser Permanente Northern California, although a projected completion date was not announced.
