Froedtert Health & Concert Health Partner To Deliver Collaborative Behavioral Health Care

Concert Health, a behavioral health medical group, has partnered with Froedtert Health in Wisconsin to deliver collaborative care for pediatric, women's health, and primary care consumers with depression and anxiety. The partnership, which launched in Spring 2023, involves 30 professionals in Manitowoc and Sheboygan counties. By integrating behavioral health services into primary care, the organizations aim to reduce the stigma associated with mental health and increase consumer access to behavioral health treatment.
