Fullerton Health Acquires Intellicare Group

Fullerton Healthcare Corporation Limited (Fullerton Health) recently announced it has entered an agreement to acquire a 60% stake in Intellicare Group (Intellicare). The transaction between the two Philippines-based companies is anticipated to be completed early in 2018.

Together, Fullerton Health and Intellicare will collaborate to become the pre-eminent total health care solution provider in the Asia Pacific region.
