Generations Family Practice Acquires Primary Care Business From Five Points Medical Center In North Carolina

Generations Family Practice acquired the primary care book of business of Five Points Medical Center in Asheboro, North Carolina. Financial terms were not disclosed. The clinic, branded as Triad Internal Medicine, is now the ninth clinic in the Generations network, and its third in the Piedmont-Triad region. Operational management and oversight of Triad Internal Medicine will be provided by Cary Medical Management, a managing service organization that oversees all of the practices under Generations Family Practice.
