Greene Valley Developmental Center In Tennessee Is Closing

The Greene Valley Developmental Center, an institution for people with limited mental functioning located in Greeneville, Tennessee, will be closing by June of 2016. A federal judge approved a plan to close the facility, with that plan also calling for the remaining 96 residents to be moved to four- or eight-person homes with round-the-clock care.
