Guidehealth & Emory Healthcare Launch Population Health Collaborative To Expand Primary Care Access Across Georgia

Guidehealth, a value-based managed services company, and Emory Healthcare, an academic health system in Georgia, with Emory Healthcare Network launched a population health collaborative focused on expanding access to primary care in the state. The collaborative will integrate Emory’s growing primary care service line and affiliate physician network to expand value-based care (VBC).

More than 500 Emory primary care and affiliate primary care professionals will participate; they serve more than 350,000 consumers. The participating clinical professionals will offer consumer care, education, research, and community engagement.
