Halifax Acquires Sodexo’s Worldwide Home Care Division   

Private equity firm the Halifax Group agreed to acquire the Worldwide Home Care division of Sodexo, including its home care subsidiaries in the U.S., U.K., Ireland, France, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Brazil. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.;
